Hi, my name is Hass Yousif. I am a passionate and committed leader with a breadth of experience in the IT sector as a project manager, lead business analyst and developer. I have a desire and drive to be the best leader I can be.

I have a passion for building great teams and getting the best out of people. I love the responsibility that comes with leadership but I see it as an honour and privilege that I need to use wisely to empower those whom I lead and successfully deliver on the organisations goals and values.

I love learning new things, new techniques, about new effective cultures and new ways of doing things. I aim to capture useful hints, tips and knowledge with my blog as outputs from my learning and life experience as a leader.

I love teaching and I love giving talks about the subjects I am passionate about.
